Please note that Magister Group/Newhorizon Education acts only as a consultant to third party associates for: Marketing
Collection of initial evidence
Collection of fees

Please note the following:

1. We will provide an interview to ascertain the applicant’s eligibility where possible.
2. We will provide the client with information about the Skill Recognition process.
3. We are not an RTO and do NOT map the provided evidence and/or issue any qualifications.
4. It is the applicant’s responsibility to contact the issuing college to confirm the qualification, when it will be uploaded on the USI any other information related to the qualification issued.
5. We are not responsible for the reporting or uploading of your US. That is the issuing college responsibility.
6. We collect initial evidence for a recognition process. Any other required evidence can be requested directly by our associates to the applicant.
7. We are not responsible for the processes, policies, decisions, or actions of associate RTO’s.

Waiver & Indemnity

I, hereby unconditionally agree to waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Magister Group/Newhorizon Education and/or any of its management, agents, officers, employees, or volunteers from any and all claims and causes of action, whether in law or equity, that I, my family members, the Participant, agents, assigns, heirs, next of kin, or successors in interest may have for any liability, loss, or damage, including liability related to, or in connection with, the Skill Recognition process provided by a Registered Training Organisation, whether caused or claimed to be caused by the active or passive negligent actions or omissions of Magister Group/Newhorizon Education.

I also unconditionally agree to waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to claim or sue Magister Group/Newhorizon Education and/or any of its management, agents, officers, employees, or volunteers from any and all claims and causes of action, whether in law or equity, that I, my family members, the Participant, agents, assigns, heirs, next of kin, or successors in interest may have for any liability, loss, or damage as a direct consequence of the qualification issuing body’s practices, procedures, outcomes, or negligence related to the qualification issued.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are provided only when:

We are unable to deliver a service for which a client has paid fees; or Genuine evidence to state that Magister Group/Newhorizon Education was completely and wholly at fault Where a client has paid to Magister Group/Newhorizon Education an amount greater than the service fee, we will refund the amount which is the difference between the service fee and the amount paid by the client.

Circumstances in which a refund will generally NOT be granted include:

1. Changing your mind
2. Incorrect choice
3. Cancelling your service
4. Financial hardship
5. Employer or organization not accepting the qualification.
6. Providing false or misleading evidence to attain a qualification.

YOU CAN:Hold the application for a minimum period of 3 months.
Transfer the application to another applicant with an administration fee of $200.

Student Declaration and Consent

1. I declare that the information I have provided to the best of my knowledge is true and correct.
2. I acknowledge that by providing false evidence that it may lead to cancellation of this application.

ACCEPTANCE

I have read all the above requirements, accept and sign below accordingly.
It is my responsibility to contact the college that has issued my certificate regarding USI reporting and USI upload.
